Civic Access
Civic access is the right of anyone to request and obtain documents, information or data that public administrations are obliged to publish on their institutional website (Article 5 of Legislative Decree No. 33/2013).
A request for civic access can be made by anyone, does not have to be justified, is free of charge, and should be addressed to the Entity’s Transparency Officer, who makes a decision on it.
How to submit the application
Use the appropriate form and submit it:
– attached, via email, to info@leterredeisavoia.it (indicating “Request for Civic Access” in the subject line);
– via certified e-mail at: amministrazione@pec.leterredeisavoia.it
– by regular mail to the address: Transparency Officer of “Le Terre dei Savoia” Association, Racconigi, Piazza Carlo Alberto 6/A 12035, Racconigi (CN)
– with in-person delivery at the Association’s headquarters, Racconigi, 6/A 12035 Piazza Carlo Alberto Street, Racconigi (CN) (opening hours: Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.).
The submission must always be accompanied by a hard copy or digital scan of a valid ID document.
