The sector, which began with an artisanal approach, will benefit from the application of innovation in methods of analysis and production, evaluation of safety of use, and conservation and distribution strategies that research can make available, to evolve toward a more relevant dimension. <\/p>\n<p>Terre dei Savoia on behalf of DISAFA of the University of Turin collaborates on the communication and dissemination of some of the activities of the ANTEA project.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, the Association is concerned with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communication and dissemination of the project and its results<\/li>\n<li>Organization of promotion events<\/li>\n<li>Organization of the &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=BCCeKaupuzk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">show-cooking<\/a>&#8221; event at the &#8220;Messer Tulip&#8221; festival in Pralormo and related video realization<\/li>\n<li>Participation (Elena Cerutti) in the editorial committee for the publication of the recipe book with edible flowers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Synergy was also developed between the Interreg Alcotra projects &#8220;Antea&#8221; aimed at studying and promoting innovative activities for the development of the cross-border edible flower supply chain between Italy and France and &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.leterredeisavoia.it\/essica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Essica<\/a>&#8221; led by Terre dei Savoia. The experiment involved the evaluation of low-temperature drying on edible flowers at the laboratories of the Department of Agricultural, Forestry and Food Sciences (DISAFA) of the University of Turin, under the coordination of Prof. Valentina Scariot.
