The project<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

AMuSE investigates the field of sensory experience using visual and applied arts and exploring the artistic heritage of the different contexts that define European identity. The project\u2019s aim is to improve<\/strong> sensory knowledge through the artistic process; to deepen<\/strong> research related to sensory data as a source of thought and creativity, to reveal<\/strong> local cultural traditions and promote<\/strong> the integration of the senses in the artistic process. AMuSE created a transnational platform among emerging artists beneficiaries of the project.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner row_type=”row” type=”full_width” text_align=”left” css_animation=”” el_class=”riga”][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text el_class=”titolo-attivita”]<\/p>\n

ACTIVITIES<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner row_type=”row” type=”full_width” text_align=”left” css_animation=”” el_class=”slider-attivita”][vc_column_inner][vc_single_image image=”1594″ img_size=”1200×600″ qode_css_animation=”” el_class=”third-image”][vc_column_text el_class=”testo-attivita”]The project included visits, workshops, lectures and artists-in residencies in four countries, which gave young artists the opportunity to study and reinterpret local sensory traditions.<\/p>\n

The artists-in residences took place in Italy, March 2018 at M\u00daSES in Savigliano; in The Netherlands, September 2018 at Hanzehogeschool Groningen; in Lithuania, April-May 2019 at Dusetos Cultural Center; in Malta, September 2019 at Palazzo de la Salle, Valletta.
\nThe pieces were hosted in the places of the residency as temporary exhibitions, and gathered in a final exhibition in Valletta.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner row_type=”row” type=”full_width” text_align=”left” css_animation=”” el_class=”riga”][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text el_class=”titolo-attivita”]<\/p>\n

MALTA SOCIETY OF ARTS<\/b><\/h2>\n

Malta Society of Arts is the oldest Maltese institution for the promotion of the arts and crafts. Located at the Castle of Racconigi, Le Terre dei Savoia is an association that brings together more than 50 Piedmontese municipalities. Dusetos Cultural Center and Art Gallery takes care of cultural meetings, concerts and shows in general.
